Founder of Tikshoov, the leader in telephone sales and service centers in Israel. Originator of the idea of dedicated service centers in the public health services field in Israel.
Initiated and acted to set up service centers in out-lying areas, and today, is the largest employer in the Galilee.
Since the company's start, has lead Tikshoov's management style, which puts an emphasis on its employees, and offers them many opportunities for advancement.
In the past, held a number of positions in education and training in the Moshav Movement.

Sharon Shchori

Sharon has more than 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources, including broad experience in managing complex Human Resources systems.
In the past, she served as Deputy CEO for Human Resources at Binat Computer Networks and at ADC Israel, and as a branch manager for Manpower.
Sharon has an MA in labor studies from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in English Literature and East Asian Studies from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Bernardo Taub

Bernardo has more than 25 years experience in the field of Computer Sciences. More than 12 of these are in the field of Contact Centers and communications applications, including interfaces with ERP, CTI and CRM software, and integrations with many programs, including recording systems, voice recognition systems, TDM and IP switchboards, and others.
Bernado held various management positions at Composit Communications, and before coming to Tikshoov, served as CTO and Manager of the Contact Center Division at Tadiran Telecom. In this position he was responsible for all areas of product development, projects, business development, and on a daily basis, dealt with business partners and distributors in Israel and abroad, for composite and aspect products.

Gil Segev

Gil Segev has been the CFO of the Tikshoov Group, since October 2006. Gil is responsible for the entire financial reporting system, preparation of business plans, economic suitability surveys, purchasing, company financing programs, and the financial and economic planning of the company's development programs. In addition, Gil serves as a director on the boards of several of the company's subsidiaries.
Gil has a BA (cum laude) in economics and statistics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beersheva. He later received his MA in business economics. Gil has great experience with business development programs both in Israel and abroad. Before coming to Tikshoov, he held a number of senior positions at various corporations. Among those positions was that of Head of the Economic Department at the Dead Sea Works, Purchasing Manager at the Dead Sea Works, Assistant to the CEO, Deputy CEO (Finance) of Magnesium Dead Sea Works Ltd. and CEO of the Environmental Group from the Lodan Engineering Group of companies. At the same time, he taught advanced courses at Ben Gurion University.

Gil Wertheimer

Gil came to Tikshoov Digital from Supersol, where for the past years he served as Marketing Manager for the “Supersol Sheli” and “Supersol Big” chains. Before that, he held a number of key positions in the marketing division of El Al.
He holds an MBA (cum laude) and a BA in Political Science (cum laude) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Lior has more than 15 years experience in the field of Service Centers and Customer Relations.
Before coming to Tikshoov, he held a number of positions at the HOT (Matav) cable TV company, and at 013 Barak – starting from specialized team management and up to and including management of the technical support and customer service divisions.

Petia Neycheva

Ms Neycheva has been working in the field of financial services for several years and has a lot of experience in sales and marketing. She managed the sales & development corporate unit of TBI Bulgaria - the biggest non-banking financial institution in Bulgaria, which run the largest pension, life and non-life insurance companies and consumer lending activities. She was responsible for the integration of all companies in the Group, building synergy with the common corporate identity and bundled products and cross sales.
Before that she has worked as a senior sales executive of the credict card devision of EFG Eurobank in Bulgaria.
Ms Neycheva was in charge of the establishment of the contact center in Bulgaria from its very beginning in 2006 and until today runs the operations and sales activities of the company.
