Tikshoov specializes in the design, establishment, management and operation of dedicated service, support, survey and sales contact centers for a variety of industries, and in different fields of activity.

These centers are operated as out-sourcing services for various organizations, within the framework of separate business units for each client. At Tikshoov, each client has its own, distinct center set up and designed according to its specific needs, has its own unique team of service representatives allotted to it. The center that is established operates as an independent unit – physically and technologically separated from other centers at the site.
