Tikshoov is the leading provider of contact center services in Israel. The company manages state-of-the-art, purpose-built contact centers that integrate advanced information technology and communications systems. Through these centers, our service representatives conduct high-quality support, marketing and sales contacts with end-users, who are our corporate clients’ customers.

We provide outsourced contact center services for a range of organizations, serving in effect as a specialized operational branch of our clients.
